Express Small Yellow Orange Flowy Off The Shoulder Sleeve Strapless Smocked Top My usual size is XS in Express Tops but for these tops they ran small so I had to get the S in these. So if you're normally like a S but sometimes M in Express tops this will probably not fit how you'd want it to FYI. If you're usually a regular S but on the smaller side it could maybe work, or if you're a XS normally in Express tops. This is a smocked yellow orange crop tube top with flowy bits on top that flow further down on both the body and the sleeves. It comes with hanging straps so you can hang it on the hanger easily. It's made with 100% polyester. The yellow orange color is similar to fully ripe honey mangoes. The smocked part of the top is enough to keep your "girls" secure enough in place and your nipples will not show through the layers. This item was manufactured by Expess in January 2017. That's what 01/17 on the tag means. My favorite way to pair these tops was with black leggings and a black low-heel dressy sandal. Super cute for spring or mild warm days. Or... you could wear them with denim shorts in the summer too on super hot days.
