This Navy & White Floral Blouse from Express is so versatile. It's a Small with a collar and v-neck cut. It has a button front with button cuffs. The polyester fabric gives it a good hang, easy to care for, and it's very light weight. The top button hits right above the cleavage line, making it conservative enough for a business blouse. You can also skip the last few buttons and tie it up for a more casual look. This blouse is in very good condition with no imperfections.
