Express Skirt

Super cute brand new with tags, express body contour skirt. Skirt has ruching throughout, size extra small and it runs small as well. I can usually wear an extra small or small in express, but this was too small for me. beautiful print with flowers. The tag that they sent it to me with looks a little weird. I think it might’ve been the last one in stock and it had to come from a store I’m not sure
