Express Shimmer Tank Top

Another Express top with some sparkle to add to your holiday or any day outings! It has a flowy fit and has loops for a belt. It came with a tie of the same material but I never used it and don’t know what I did with it 🤦🏼‍♀️. Price reflects this. Confession it’s taken me years to accept the looks of my belly and I never liked anything binding or bringing attention to it. So I always wore this tank loose. The bust stretches to a 40 with a shelf bra. Length is 19”
