Express Sheer Oversize Blouse

Beautiful flowy oversize semi-sheer blouse. Large open sleeves, Satin trim at bottom with large sash to tie at waist. Deep maroon/dark brown color with abstract print and gold shimmery pinstripes on front and back. Size is "small" but fits more like a medium. Great condition, never worn.
