Gorgeous Express ruffle V neck dress NWT Size 4. Really pretty dress with romantic ruffle detail and beautiful seamed detail at the waist and bust. Zip back closure. The color is between terracotta and salmon, it’s lovely. Original price $69.95. 34.5” length from top of collar to hem. Waist lying flat measures 14.25”. There is a tiny dark dot (about the size of a pin head) just above the waist on the left side (see photos). Beautiful for fall! 🍁
