Express Retro Style Hi/Lo Hem Slip Dress Sz 7/8

This dress is in gently used condition. It is a textured poly material. The straps are a spaghetti style, that weave from the back and thread through the bodice. The pattern is very 90's 00's, unknown if vintage. The dress is not lined, and can be see through in bright lights. Please see photos for details. All measurements are approximate and laying flat.
