Express Retro Little Red Dress Sweatheart Neckline

Good pre-loved condition, very cute dress with wide shoulder straps, a sweetheart neckline, and a banded waistline. The tag is coming off on one side and there is a small pen mark on the back of the hem that isn’t very noticeable and could probably be washed out (shown in photos). Very retro vintage 2000’s feel to it.
