Express Red and White Polka-Dot Ruched Tank Top

Red tank top with white polka dots from Express. Women's size medium but has stretch, easily fit me (size S-M) in a flattering way. Not fully cropped but there is a small peplum at the bottom that gives the shirt a bit of flounce. There is also a ruched keyhole on the front chest, but nothing shows through it. No signs of wear.
