Express Red Ruched Sheath Dress

Super cute mini dress in excellent condition. I tried to find the product image or a picture with no luck to show how it looks, but it is both simple and interesting due to the ruching. Worn once for a wedding (a couple sizes ago 😅) and it has been stored in a hanger and a bag ever since. Please see measurements as it is very small. Would be perfect as a prom dress or to wear to a holiday party. Beautiful rich cranberry color.
