Express Rain Jacket Small

Short black rain jacket by Express, size small. Two small front zipper pockets, adjustable strap on the sleeves, draw string on the hood. This is a preowned jacket and shoes some sign of wear. Please see a picture of small tear in plastic cover under the armpit, also small flakes on the inside of the zipper.
