Express Puff Sleeve Shirt

This is a slightly off white top with flouncy, puff sleeves by Express. The sleeves are dramatic but the material is lightweight polyester so they aren’t too big. The tshirt material is super soft Pima Cotton. * I noticed a little mark on the shoulder while taking photos. Looks like it would easily wash out but making sure you know about it. I’m clearing my closet out of things I never have worn/wear. Open to offers!
