Express Portofino Women's White Cream Blouse

Chic bright cream white blouse with a v-neck and quarter buttons down the front. Perfect for work or casual outings. Soft fabric and elegant design. The sleeves are fun and bouncy flouncy. Main callout is one of the sleeves is missing one button. Still fully functional and isn’t noticeable. Express runs a little big on me so while I usually wear Mediums, their smalls are fine on me (5’ 3”, 130lbs).
