Express Pleated Peplum Blouse

Express pleated peplum blouse. This top is to die for but I just haven’t had a chance to wear it. Gorgeous deep red color with little black hearts. So cute for Valentine’s Day or an anniversary or couples photos. The back, arms and the peplum hem are see through. I held it up to the window to show opacity. I also have this white listed for sale!
