Express Navy Patterned button up Maxi dress - Sz S

This is a dress I used to wear to work because it was a good day to night dress, for meeting up with my friends afterwards, I am no longer going to the office anymore so no longer wear it as much. It's been gently used (only wore it on occasion). ***Please note tan belt NOT included, it came with matching belt of the same fabric which is in included (shown in hanger pics) Sz: S
