Express Mid-rise Skinny Stretch + Jeans

Express skinny jeans in size 00 short. Express jeans do tend to run big in my experience- for reference I am 5’4” and about 100 lbs, usually a size 0 or 24 in jeans and these fit great in the waist/legs but are too short. Would be great for someone petite. They are dark wash and very stretchy and cozy. Perfect condition. Offers welcome:)
