Express Maxi Length Floral Wrap Front Skirt FLAW

In pre owned condition. Washed prior to listing but may have a light storage scent since it was tucked away a few years. This pretty skirt features pink and blue floral detail and an elastic upper back waist. Wrap by design, there are no strings to tie together. ***Flaw - on the seam edge on the front there is damage to the fabric. See photos. Skirt has light wash wear / fading. The elastic back has elastic that has turned on each end. This was how it was manufactured. Measurements are provided in the photos.
