This blazer by Express features an open front, long sleeves, and padded shoulders. Fully lined. Fabric is soft and comfortable. A great wardrobe staple - wear with jeans or dressed up. Approximate length from shoulders is 27". FLAW - A dot under on the armpit on one side (see last photo). It's hidden when worn, so I didn't notice until I was photographing it.
