Express Ladies Editor Black Velvet Pants NWT

Reposhing this item I purchased from @gsliving4. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. *Please note, they are the Fall weight velvet pants not the super heavy velvet. Stretchy and comfortable. Definitely great for getting the velvet look and feel without too much added warmth, also a great weight for layering. Questions? Leave a comment below!
