Express High-Low Pink Skirt

I bought this a while back to wear to a college graduation party, and I received so many compliments on it. The coral color is absolutely gorgeous and the hi-lo overlay skirt is fun and flirty. The under skirt is stretchy, so it's very comfortable. There is a small black dot (almost like a pen mark) on the back - please see photos! I have not tried to dry-clean it, so I'm not sure if that would take it out.
