Express High Waisted Denim Mini Skirt

Never worn denim mini skirt purchased from Express. Pretty light blue denim with some minimal distressing. Has front and back pockets. IMO, this runs a bit bigger than a true size 2. I’m typically a size 4 and it fits me well. Waist is 14.5’’ across lying flat. Length is 16’’. 98% cotton, 2% elastic, so it has some stretch.
