Express Halter Dress

This elegant dress has a beautiful bold print with a halter neckline and a plunging v neck cut, asymmetrical accordion skirt. perfect for a wedding guest or cocktail event. ***Size 0 in express sizing but express sizing is always big - I would size this as a 4!****I am a size 6 and it is slightly too snug for me in the waist. My measurements are 34 bust 28 waist for reference. This is brand new condition without tags it has never been worn! Only tried on for photos.
