Express Groovy Flower Halter Top

I do not recommend this top for an A cup, but it would fit so nicely on a B or C. Aside from that, this might be one of the prettiest tops I’ve ever had. The colors are so vibrant and it is extremely flattering. It is marked an XS and is shown on an XS.
