Express Frill Skirt

Express frill black skirt, size 3/4. This is a fabulous skirt, I get tons of compliments every time I wear it. I love this skirt too bad it doesn't fit me anymore. Measurements are all appropriate and measured flat: waist: 14" top to hem: 32" There is one spot where the lace is pulled. Please see all the pictures and feel free to ask questions.
