Express Floral Skirt

Never worn, skirt from Express. White pleated skirt with blue and black flowers and black spots. The black liner has see through nylon fabric at the bottom. Body of the skirt is 17" long and the see-through section of liner adds another 1.5". Body of the skirt is 100% polyester.
