Express Floral Ruffle Dress

Gorgeous floral print and flattering shape. Ruffle neckline and cinched waist with a tie belt. Skirt is lined. Like new condition. Can be dressed up or down. I was planning to wear it to a summer wedding but it's a bit too big on me.
