Express Floral Embroidered Ballerina Midi Skirt (XS)

Beautifully embroidered skirt from Express in size XS. Originally $100. It is in great condition. However, I did tailor the skirt to fit tighter around my waist. So it would fit a 26" waist. (See last 2 photos) But if you'd like the original fit, I can take the stitching out to fit an actual XS size. And there would be no damage to the fabric. Can be worn at the waist or the hips. I've also listed the matching mesh top.
