❤ Express Fit and Flare - raglan sleeves

Adorable, casual fit and flare dress from Express Super comfy, and the grey side panels are quite flattering 👌 About 27" waist, but it would fit great on someone with more like a 30" waist. It's fairly short, but long enough to never worry about flashing someone. The fabric is in great condition, no pilling as you can see in the closeup photo 😊
