Express Faux Suede Mini Skirt with Snap Buttons Worn 1X, small change made

Almost brand new! Side pockets Silver buttons work Has a lot of stretch to it: 94% polyester, 6% spandex Really looks like suede though! I bought this as NWT size 16 but lost weight and it was too big. So I had it altered, taking the waist size from 18 inches to 16 inches which probably makes it a size smaller, size 14. Measurements are in the pictures. I wore this one time after it was altered and it was too long!! I should have had the seamstress hem it but I didn’t 😞 this is essentially a brand new skirt, worn only for a few hours. It’s in excellent condition 💕
