Express Faux Denim Off-Shoulder Ruffle Dress

Material is made to look like dark blue denim. Dress has a ruffled collar and as you can see by the photos, you can wear it slightly on your shoulders or off. The elastic band at the top will stretch out to approximately 21 inches. It has an elastic waist and includes a adjustable belted tie. There is a row of nonfunctional buttons that runs down the front. Dress also has pockets. Material is only stretchy where the elastic is at. Measurements are included.
