Express Eyelet Floral Mini Dress W/Scalloped Edge & Adjustable Straps Size M

Beautiful bright dress with a tie at the waist and adjustable straps. It is an eyelet material with a v neckline also has a scalloped hem. I included photos of measurements which were taken laying flat. The measurements are in inches and are approximate since the garment does have adjustable straps and has a little bit of strech because of the elastic waist.
