Elegant black editor flare mid rise pant from Express. Versatile and chic. Features a hook/eye button zip closure, 2 front and back pockets. It’s in a size 4L with measurements of about 15” in the waist lying flat and about 34” in the inseam. The fabric is 91% polyester and 9% spandex.
