Express Dress - color block black/white/blue- sheath dress- size S

Sheath dress from express. Front is black and white and back is black and royal blue. originally had a small black strap for a belt that I have misplace but typically wore as a sheath or a chunky belt for shape. Although size small, I normally fit in medium dresses.
