Express Dress

I bought this Express dress and took the tags off because I just knew I would wear it! Never got the chance too. I only tried it on. This dress is so beautiful. You can wear this for birthdays, Valentine's, anniversaries, new years, parties and so much more! I want to keep it, just have too many dresses! This will fit s small or a medium just fine.
