Express Cream Ruffle Off-Shoulder Romper

Strapless romper layered in cream ruffles from top to bottom by Express. This elegant yet fun piece features a light and airy fabric with timeless delicate embroidery front to back. In fact this style is the same front to back if it seemed like the pics were repetitive, I did show both sides. It’s a slip-on style with elastic above and below the bust with a silky lining from the lower band of elastic to the bottom of the shorts. The bust section has double material so I believe this piece isn’t see-through. This romper is pretty and comfy with no built-in bra and the elastic bands have a gentle feel as they are wrapped in the same material as the entire piece. Brand new with tags, never been worn, and lying flat measures approximately 16 inches above and below the bust with plenty of stretch to offer in those elastic bands and 24 inches from the top elastic band to the hem.
