This is is brand new- I’ve never worn it. Tags have ripped off over the years from me cleaning out my closet. The bottom half is a stretchy, thick material (is not see through) and the top half is a soft, flowy material. There is a zipper in the side so you can easily slip in. There are also two hooks in both sides of the dress so you could wear a belt if desired.

As you can see the tags have been ripped off but the plastic tag holder is still attached to the dress. I bought this many years ago and never had a chance to wear it. Now I’m just older and it’s no longer my style. After two kids I am no longer an XS. The bottom half material is a stretchy fabric so it hugs the body in all the right places but it’s also stretchy! I love this dress but too bad never got to wear it!
