Express Cami Red doubled layer

This is a brand new cami from Express. Never been worn. New with tag. Been in my closet. About 23 inches long from strap to bottom, look at photos. Double layered. Design is same front and back. I also have this in blue. Brand new with tags. I am located in San Francisco $25.
