Previously Owned Express Blue Dress. Top material is Sheer with a swiss Dot (squares) on the chiffon material. Long sleeves are sheer. The body of the dress is lined. The waist is elastic and the skirt portion has some tiered ruffles. Very pretty dress. Pullover and button in back. Keyhole back. Women's SIZE S. 100% Polyester. Lining is also 100% Polyester. Machine Wash/ Tumble Dry. Made in India. CONDITION-This is in VERY GOOD Condition. No stains or tears. MEASURED LAYING FLAT: Top to Bottom--36" Top to Waist--18" Underarm Width--18.5" Waist--14" Sleeve Length--22.5" ** When checking measurements, get a similar garment from your closet that you are happy with fit and lay flat. When measuring length( as long as not strapless), measure from where the top of the shoulder will lay. All the other measurements should be self- explanatory.
