Express Blouse

This is a NEW top from Express without the tags, it has never been worn just tried on. The size is a Large. OPEN TO OFFERS The fabric is chiffon like and very flowy and comfortable. There is a tank top underneath attacked for coverage. It also has laces hanging off the collar that you can tie into a bow tie if you please or you can just leave as is.
