Express Black and White Women's XS Striped Top Zipper Worn Once Excellent Cond.!

Chic top by Express with bold black and white stripes. Features a sleek zipper detail. Cute with shorts, a skirt or jeans - dress it up or down! Size XS for this longer short (cap) sleeve shirt. The cotton, modal and spandex fabric stretches. The fabric around the neck has a leather look. I just took more pics and noticed wear on that neck fabric. It is so dark I never niticed it before. It is from age not wear as the top was purchased several years ago.
