Express Black and White Stripe Corset Lace-Up Blouse

Top has large wide open width sleeves. The cool thing about the top is that it has a corset in the front which you can adjust. As you can see with the measurements it stretches out quite a bit and it’s quite roomy. The fabric is a heavier weight. Measurements are included. Brand new without tags.
