NWT Express black and white polka dot fit & flare mini dress. The polka dots are embroidered. Fully lined in polyester satin. Has pockets, zips up the side, and a functional zipper on the front for customizable coverage. Size 10. The only flaw is a small thread has come loose on a polka dot on the chest. Please see photos. No stains, holes, or tears. Only tried on. Fabric has a tiny bit of stretch. Classic dress for brunch, date night, or the office.
