Express Black Velvet and Polka Dot Tulle Dress

Black dress by Express. Size S. Velvet upper with adjustable spaghetti straps and v-neck. Polka dot tulle skirt. Only things of note are that 1) inner brand/size tag has been cut off for comfort and 2) dress originally came with the transparent tulle being a few inches longer than the opaque part of the dress, as seen in the first pic on the model (pic is from the Express website). I cut off the overhang tulle so the skirt hem (tulle and fabric parts) are all one length. Worn only once and in excellent condition.
