Express Black Midi Dress with Beige Polka Dots

Colors are a black background with beige polkadots. On the shoulders there are a little smocked panels thar give it some stretch. There is a tie on the collar that you can adjust. I have shown it worn both ways. The sleeves are rushed and cinch up. You can pull them out and wear them long or push them up and tie in a little bow with a strap on the bottom.
