Express Black Mesh Polka Dot One Shoulder Bow Midi Sheath Dress size M Excellent condition. No visible flaws. Black dress with 14” across bow attached on left shoulder. Mesh blouson on top that has polka dots on it. Medium weight skirt, top is a bit lighter. Slit in front towards left. Has rubber strip around the top to help it stay where it should. Was fine on the mannequin. Bow is kept on with a few stitched so could be removed if desired. Easily hemmed to desired length. Has hanger loop on side with no strap for easy hanging. Machine washable. Lovely for any season. Work, date, parties and more!
