Express Black Knee-Length Skirt

The perfect skirt to go with anything in your closet! It’s a size 1/2, but please refer to the exact measurements below because Express sizes are not always consistent with other brands, in my opinion. It has a zipper, as well as 2 hook closures and a button. The material is 68% rayon; 30% polyester; and 2% polyeurethane. All measurements were taken seam to seam, and are given in inches.
