Express Black Floral Mini Dress

Colors are a black background with flowers in a pinkish red, blue, yellow, and white. The sleeves are actually elastic bands in a ruffled flutter style. It has a sweetheart neckline with boning down the front of the cups to keep it in place. It has a smocked section in the back to give it some extra stretch.
