Exhilaration mini dress with pockets from Target

Mini dress with black background and flower pattern perfect for summer. Has pockets in the front on both sides. Adjustable double shoulder straps with cross in the back. Elastic wide band in the back for the fit and flare. Embroidered neck patch. I have worn it a lot during 3 seasons. I have layer it with a jacket/sweater and leggings in spring and fall. I have even worn it with skinny jeans also. Length 28" from bottom of strap to hem, pit to pit 16", waist 14", hem width 30"
