Excellent Anne Klein Sidezip Lined Flowing Skirt Sz 18w

This is so pretty! black background with red and white details. The waistband is curved to make it more comfortable and lay neater in top of the hip. The fabric is a very fine polyester, the black lining feels like a heavier weight crepe feel, still very flowing and not itchy. Sidezip. and below the knee. it was mine and I did wear once but it was very long on me since I am 5'3. I got compliments for the skirt with boots and short jacket, but I felt it shortened me even more than I am. The waist measures 20" across with a hip of 30" across and a length of 28".
