Evil Eye Jewelry

The silver eye is an original silver piece, the gold pieces are Sugar fix and the other item I'm not sure. I was given these pieces several years ago from a psychic; I suppose she saw I needed some protection? I am selling them together as they were given to me together. The piece that has the dangling charms I honestly am not sure what it is meant to be. A chain could be added for a necklace and I was thinking maybe a brooch.
